  My solar water heating system was not operating at optimum efficiency even though I put in a new solar water heater recently. Talking to the knowledgeable owner, John, on the phone, he identified the problem with the description of the problem. One of his crew showed up this morning and eliminated a defective mixer and even though it rained all day long, I came home to a hot shower. Honest, caring team that saves the customer from frivolous charges.
